The roof relay has no limit switches, so the dashboard only knows what
it is told. Set this whenever it has drifted out of sync with reality.

Scheduled close
Closes the roof at this time, on the days you pick, through the same
park-then-close sequence as the button. If a mount cannot be parked it
retries for an hour and then leaves the roof open rather than closing
on a telescope. Uses the observatory PC's clock.

Close when idle
Closes the roof once both mounts have been parked, or disconnected,
without interruption for this long. Anything waking up restarts the
clock. Only ever acts on a roof that is already open.
